D H Lawrence
David Herbert Lawrence was an English writer and poet. He is considered one of the most influential writers of the 20th century.
He published several novels and poetry volumes during his life but he is probably best known for his infamous novel "Lady Chatterley's Lover" - which was banned in the United States until 1959.
Lawrence died in 1930 from complications due to tuberculosis.
His ashes are buried in Taos, New Mexico.
